My work is influenced by my Welsh heritage and language as well as the desire to connect everyday people through storytelling and play. These pewter brooches, with origins from Welsh folklore and my own personal illustrations, are hand-carved from soapstone to pay homage to materials often underappreciated in contemporary jewellery.
