These triptychs are a personal celebration of natural areas and a reflection on mental health and access to open, green spaces.
Connecting with nature can help better our mental well-being, lower our depression, lower our anxiety, and cope with the struggles of everyday life.
This project explores what we understand as natural spaces, how we represent them visually, as well as how accessible they are to all of us. Through the use of film and its unedited ambiguity, I want to blur the difference between our memories and the visual records of such spaces.
