Dani-Cherie is a bipolar artist and maker who specialises in small scale sculpture and metal forming. Her work is based on the ebb and flow of the world around us and how we interact with it. She hopes that her art helps to creates a platform for other artists living with disabilities as it is often a struggle to find safe and supportive spaces. Dani-Cherie’s current work is based around the phenomenon of symbiosis in plant life heavily focusing on lichen as it has the ability to adapt and grow to its environment no matter the hardships. This is representative of how the artist herself has had to shape and grow to fit her ever changing environment.
