Past and Present, Continued
A collection of mixed media made during lockdown, primarily representing the importance of nature as well as ‘creating ones own fantasy’ alike a child, to distract from the severity of current world affairs, and therefore improving mental wellbeing. This collection of artwork explores the documentation, and experimentation with materials re-introduced while residing at home in Cornwall. Some work has habitual signifiers of nostalgia whereas others show the appreciation for the beauty in the surrounding environment.
