Mask has allowed me to explore my subconscious state, echoes from my childhood, and the eerie, using my immediate vicinity to do so. During the year the theme has become more relevant, bringing to the fore questions such as what is concealed and what is revealed when wearing a mask? How does it affect behaviour, and how can it be used to create art?
