Significant spaces is a project focused on the issue of homelessness in the area of the West Midlands. Unfortunately is becoming more common to discover somebody is living their life within a doorway on many high-streets around the country nowadays. For a long time I had wanted to do this project and document the issue of homelessness within part of the UK, and with my work mainly focusing on street and documentary photography it is something that will always be present in most of the work I create. The QR code that I have alongside this piece of work, once scanned, will direct you to a website where more information about the issue of homelessness in the UK is available, and where if you are able to, please donate to help those in need.
