As a graphic designer, I enjoy many different aspects of design. From branding, packaging, editorial, stationery, motion graphics, and social media. Though a lot of design is going digital and online, I really like print-based design. Holding a physical copy of my design is always really cool to see.
I like to create a story by using shapes. For example, my Oceans prints may look like simple shapes, but they also represent the effects of human destruction and global warming on our oceans. Branding is a huge part of graphic design and one of my favourite logos I have created is for a concept brand Collected: an art gallery and social space with a café. I had fun playing with the word ‘Collected’ and how I could interpret that into a logo and a whole identity for the brand.
