An Embodiment of Self Identity
Using “Stuck” as a theme, I’ve used material qualities as metaphors to bring lived experience and emotion into abstract form through mark making, textiles wire, enamel, and forged steel. This body of work has been formative in identifying and exploring new techniques and material process to engage with my audience and for my collections to become a conversation of expression around feelings, emotions and interaction.
