I am a blacksmithing craftsman with a love for practical creation; objects and ironwork. I also work in restoration and fixing metal objects. Using welding and general forging; I apply these skills to restore old/broken forged pieces resurrecting preloved items and create designed work. I make things the customer wants to the best of my ability and create something that they can relate to. I believe that what the customer wants they should get (within reason). I am inspired to learn as much as I can about my craft and apply it to my work to make better quality pieces as time goes on thereby reviving the craft. Picasso is an inspiration: I learn the fundamentals of my craft then convey myself through my work using that knowledge. I enjoy making pieces with a function and a traditional aesthetic.
